It is imperative you hold yourself accountable for both accomplishing the training and figuring your daily mileage according to your grade and experience.

If in doubt, ask Coach Ressler or Coach Leytem how much mileage you should be running on both a daily and weekly basis.

Make sure to record your daily mileage on the "Weekly Mileage" record sheet stapled on the HHS XC bulletin board in the Varsity locker room!  This allows your coaches to make wise and safe decisions regarding your training and aids you in your quest for success!
